- 1 cup Oats
- 3 cups Milk
- Sugar as needed
- 2 tbsp Flaxseed
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
Add 1 cup of oats to mason jar.
Add 3 cups of milk to the mason jar. Using a spoon to combine oats and milk well
Add Sugar, 2 tbsp flaxseed and 2 tbsp chia seed to both mason jar and mix well
Refrigerate the mason jar overnight
Remove the mason jar from the refrigerator. Add milk and sugar if needed to the oats based on the consistency and sweetness needed
Serve Chia flax overnight oatmeal immediately in the morning for breakfast
